Linda Alliston – Managing Director
Linda created The Travel Advice Centre in 1988 after a long-standing career within the travel industry, where she managed the customer service departments for specialists as well as major UK tour operators. Noticing that access to cost-effective, specialised customer service expertise was limited within the travel sector, Linda decided that this would be the focus of The Travel Advice Centre, ensuring that this unique service could be called upon whenever it was needed by all types of travel providers.
Irena Jasinski - Manager
Irena joined The Travel Advice Centre in 2002 with an extensive customer-facing background. Following her work for tour operators in the UK and overseas, including several years as a resort manager in Greece, Irena is well-equipped to deal with consumer complaints. In addition to dealing with the rigorous personal injury and legal (defence and arbitration) claims, Irena is also responsible for the company's customer service training programme. Irena also represents The Travel Advice Centre at ABTA's Consumer Affairs Committee meetings as well as trade conferences and events.
Stacey Wells – Supervisor
Stacey joined The Travel Advice Centre in 1997 after working with a major travel company. Having covered most administration roles within the travel industry Stacey decided her talents were best suited to customer services. Stacey has extensive knowledge of the industry having worked with airlines, cruise, coach, and beach holiday providers as well as dynamic packagers during her time at The Travel Advice Centre.
