An in-depth analysis of customer service issues

The team at the Travel Advice Centre has extensive experience working with the travel trade industry. They have an expert knowledge of industry requirements and regulations and understand what companies must do to effectively deal with their consumer complaints.

The friendly experienced team work closely with their clients, recognising that each business is different – and offer a range of flexible options for managing customer services within each company

Linda Alliston – Managing Director

Linda created The Travel Advice Centre in 1988 after a long-standing career within the travel industry, where she managed the customer service departments for  specialists as well as major UK tour operators. Noticing that access to cost-effective, specialised customer service expertise was limited within the travel sector, Linda decided that this would be the focus of The Travel Advice Centre, ensuring that this unique service could be called upon whenever it was needed by all types of travel providers.

Stacey Wells – Supervisor

Stacey joined The Travel Advice Centre in 1997 after working with a major travel company.  Having covered most administration roles within the travel industry Stacey decided her talents were best suited to customer services.  Stacey has extensive knowledge of the industry having worked with airlines, cruise, coach, and  beach holiday providers as well as dynamic packagers during  her time at The Travel Advice Centre.
